The Craft
Entering other worlds as an actor. Bringing my own interpretations to the stage as a director. Connecting people as a theatre educator. Here is the work itself.
Film and television — a short reel of selected roles for screen.
On stage and in front of the camera
Being an actor means, to me, entering other worlds and taking the audience along. After more than twenty years as an actor in Colombia, in theatre, television and cinema, I continue this path in Germany.

Bringing plays to the stage
Being a director means, to me, using my theatre and film experience to bring my own interpretations and plays to the stage. My life rarely ran straight, and I was always ready for an interesting project. Alongside the acting career, many works arose together with colleagues and friends, and in them I learned to direct.
Theatre can foster personal growth, build community and support positive social change. Those who do theatre develop empathy, creativity and self-expression, and at the same time they build relationships.
In a time of great social and ecological challenges, theatre plays an important role. It inspires people and moves them to act. That is exactly where my stagings begin, on stage as in film.

Theatre that connects people
Being a theatre educator can help to build bridges and connect people. I am convinced that theatre gets under the skin and moves you. That is my concern in the work with children and young people, with approaches from multicultural and multilingual theatre.
